Nutrition and training, written as one system

Both together. That is how they work. Apart, they fight each other.

  • €119 / month
  • Ready within 72 hours
  • Written by hand after a consultation

Nutrition and training are usually written by different people who have never spoken. The result is a muscle-building program and a fat-loss menu pulling in opposite directions — and in the end, you get the blame.

FUSE is the opposite. The plan and the program are written together, by one person, for one goal. Calories follow training days, protein follows the load, and every adjustment to one is reflected in the other.

It is the most complete plan: everything from the nutrition plan and the training program, plus weekly check-ins, direct chat, a monthly progress review and a supplement protocol.

Who this plan is for

It suits you if

  • You want to change your body seriously — lose fat, build muscle, or both.
  • You train, but progress has stalled and you cannot tell whether the problem is the food or the program.
  • You want someone to track your progress week by week, not hand you a plan and disappear.
  • You would rather ask when something is unclear than guess.
  • You have a specific goal with a deadline — an event, a season or a competition.

It is not for you if

  • You only want a menu or only a program. There are separate, cheaper plans for that.
  • You cannot find time for a single workout a week. In that case, start with the nutrition plan.
  • You want fast results without effort. This plan asks for both time and consistency.

What is included

  1. Everything in the nutrition plan

Calculated calories and macros, a weekly menu of everyday groceries, a shopping list with swaps, and adjustments for allergies and conditions. The difference is that the numbers are matched to your training days.

  2. Everything in the training program

A program matched to your level, a video for every exercise, week-by-week progression, a gym or home version, warm-up and recovery. The volume is matched to how much you eat, so there is something to recover with.

  3. Weekly check-in and adjustments

Every week we review weight, measurements, training loads and how you feel. Adjustments to nutrition and training happen on time, not after a plateau has lasted a month.

  4. Direct chat with Stoyan

When something is unclear — an exercise, a menu swap, a missed workout or an event that week — you ask the person who wrote your plan directly.

  5. Monthly progress review

Once a month we look at the big picture: what has changed, what is working and where we go next. Decisions are made on data, not on a feeling in front of the mirror.

  6. Supplement protocol, only what is needed

If a supplement will genuinely help your goal, you get exactly which one, at what dose and why. If not, nothing is suggested. The plan works without supplements too.

Why nutrition and training are written together

On a training day your body needs more fuel than on a rest day. Under heavy lifting, protein has to be sufficient or the workout never turns into muscle. In a calorie deficit, training volume has to be adjusted or recovery never catches up with the load.

When one person writes both, these links are tuned on purpose. When two people write them, they happen by accident — or not at all.

What a weekly check-in means in practice

Every week you share briefly how it went: weight, measurements, training loads and how you feel — sleep, energy, hunger. The reply is specific: what stays the same, what changes and why.

The weekly rhythm is why this plan gives the most predictable results. Small corrections made on time replace big fixes made late.

A pharmacist who trains

A pharmacy degree brings biochemistry, physiology and pharmacology. Years in the gym and as a competitor show what really happens when theory meets Monday morning.

That is why supplements in the protocol are chosen by mechanism and dose, not by advertising, and always checked against the medication you already take.

How it works

  1. 01We talk

30 minutes. You tell me what you have tried, what failed, and what your day looks like.

  2. 02We measure

Weight, measurements, photos, blood work if you have it. No baseline, no progress.

  3. 03You get the plan

Within 72 hours. Nutrition, training and supplements, if they make sense. With reasoning.

  4. 04We adjust

Your body adapts, so does the plan. Every check-in moves the numbers.

The rhythm of the plan

  1. Day 1Consultation and measurements
  2. Within 72 hoursNutrition plan, menu and training program
  3. Every weekCheck-in and adjustments to food and training
  4. Between check-insDirect chat whenever you have a question
  5. Every monthProgress review and the way forward

Honest expectations

  • The first week is for calibration — loads, portions, rhythm. Do not expect a perfect week; expect a clear direction.
  • Following it consistently, the first visible changes come around week 3-4.
  • Progress is not a straight line. The weekly check-in exists precisely for the weeks when something is not working.
  • The plan works as well as you follow it. The check-ins and chat are there to make it easier to follow.

Questions about the plan

How is FUSE different from the two separate plans?

It includes both, written to fit each other, plus weekly check-ins, direct chat with Stoyan, a monthly progress review and a supplement protocol.

Can I train at home?

Yes. The training program comes in a gym version and a home version.

I am new to training. Is it right for me?

Yes. The program is written for your level, and every exercise has a video showing correct technique.

Are the supplements mandatory?

No. The plan works without them. A supplement is suggested only when it adds something, and you are always told why.

I have a medical condition. Can I still sign up?

In most cases, yes. That is why the plan is written by a pharmacist. With chronic conditions and prescribed medication, we clear it with your doctor first.

How long until I see results?

Following it consistently, the first visible changes come around week 3-4. Anyone promising you a week is selling you something.
